Survival rate
Survival rate is the share of planted saplings still alive after a stated period. It is the single most important number in any plantation, and it only means something when the date, the method and the counter are stated with it.
The date matters because most change happens in the second and third year, which is why survival is counted on a fixed schedule rather than once.
Publishing it without being asked, at a stated interval, is what makes the rest of a restoration report credible.
